Conversion of Workweek. 1. 56-Hour Employee: If an employee is reassigned from a 56-hour workweek schedule to a 40-hour workweek schedule and said employee has accumulated holiday compensatory time hours at the time of reassignment, the amount of hours shall be converted to an equivalent number of hours for a 40-hour workweek schedule by dividing the number of hours by a factor of 1.4.
