Common use of Conversion to Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Conversion to Sick Leave. The number of withheld days converted to sick leave shall not increase the amount sick leave for which an employee may receive an annual cash payment under Section 10.2. Unless the employee has elected to convert any withheld day(s) to sick leave on or before November 15, the withheld day(s) shall be carried over.
