- Converting Accrued Sick Leave to Vacation Leave. Represented full time employees who have a minimum of forty (40) hours in their sick leave bank and represented part-time employees who have a minimum of twenty (20) hours in their sick leave bank who do not use an unscheduled absence during any consecutive three (3) month period shall be entitled to convert accrued sick leave to vacation leave as follows:
