Cooperation Language. The Cooperation language shall be used for all communication between the Parties including all documents and reports issued by the Parties in the context of the Agreement. Unless the Parties agree otherwise, the Cooperation Language is the Working Language. If different, the choice of the Parties is indicated in Bilateral-Spec.
