Host DGS definition

Host DGS means the Deposit Guarantee Scheme established in the Member State in which territory a Member Institution, authorised in another Member State pursuant to Article 8 of Directive 2013/36/EU, has established a branch, as notified by the Home DGS for the Repayment.

Examples of Host DGS in a sentence

  • Any costs arising from delays in the Home DGS providing the Host DGS with the instructions for payment, the necessary information and the funds, shall be borne by the Home DGS, including where the delays impose operational costs on the Host DGS.

  • As soon as reasonably practicable and following the Notification, the Host DGS shall select or open a Dedicated Account for that Payout.

  • The Host DGS is entitled to rely on the accuracy and validity of any Payment Instructions File provided by the Home DGS.

  • This account shall be and remain segregated from other Host DGS accounts.

  • During the term of the Agreement the Host DGS agrees to maintain such records for financial or tax purposes as required under any Applicable Laws in connection with any Repayment and to keep such records for ten years following the end of a Payout or such longer period as is necessary for the Host DGS to comply with the Applicable Laws.

  • The Host DGS shall provide the Home DGS with all the necessary information (including, if applicable, bank account details – IBAN, BIC, code) about such account, promptly after receiving the notification of unavailability of deposits.

  • The Payment Method shall be selected by the Host DGS, though the Host DGS may consult the Home DGS in this regard.

Related to Host DGS

  • Host Customer means a customer under a Customer Agreement.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • GDS means Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan). "IAMAW" means the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • passengers means the driver and up to the number of passengers allowed as shown in the Vehicle Registration Document travelling in the vehicle;

  • Customer Group means the Customer and where the Customer is a company, its holding company (if any) and their respective subsidiaries from time to time;

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.

  • Workload means a special education teacher’s total number of minutes required for all due process responsibilities, including direct and indirect services, evaluation and reevaluation time, management of individualized education programs (IEPs), travel time, parental contact, and other services required in the IEPs.

  • Retrofit means to alter, improve, modify, remodel or renovate a building, facility or structure to make that building, facility or structure more energy-efficient.

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;

  • Tickets means the tickets purchased by you as a result of the Activity or Activities.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Ticket means either a paper or electronic document issued by or on behalf of the carrier which includes the passenger’s flight coupons. The ticket serves as evidence of payment of air fare and constitutes for the passenger proof of their contract of carriage. It also has detailed information to ensure proper processing and handling. In instances where a ticket exists as an electronic document, the carrier issues to the passenger, as proof of purchase, an itinerary/receipt.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Airline means any air transport enterprise offering or operating international air services;

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the Housing Party.

  • Electricity supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.

  • Tugs means dedicated vessels that push or pull other vessels in ports, harbors, and inland waterways (e.g., tugboats and towboats).

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.
