Common use of Cooperative Procurement Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Procurement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BSA agrees that this Agreement may be used as a cooperative procurement vehicle by eligible jurisdictions. BSA reserves the right to negotiate and customize the terms and conditions set forth herein, including but not limited to pricing, to the scope and circumstances fitting to that cooperative procurement.
