Coordinating Inspections. If any of the Work is required to be inspected or approved by any public authority, CM/GC shall cause such inspection to be performed or approval to be obtained. No inspection performed or failed to be performed by Owner hereunder shall be a waiver of any of CM/GC's obligations hereunder or be construed as an approval or acceptance of the Work or any part thereof.
