Common use of Coordination Committee Officers Clause in Contracts

Coordination Committee Officers. The Officers of the Coordination Committee will include a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and Plan Manager. Except where the Parties have named such Officers pursuant to Section 4 of this Coordination Agreement, Officers shall be selected at the initial meeting of the Committee or as soon thereafter as reasonably can be accomplished.
