Coordination of Excavation with Other Permittees. Upon request from the City, and at least thirty (30) days prior to commencing excavation work in the City’s ROW pursuant to this Agreement, Permittee shall notify in writing, on a business letter to the City, other existing or potential users (“User”) of the City’s ROW which are (a) shown on the list of users maintained by the City; and (b) are likely to be affected by such excavation work. The notice shall describe the work to be performed, the specific ROW of the City that will be used, and the time when such work will be performed. Each User receiving such notice shall have thirty (30) days from the date thereof to inform in writing Permittee and the City that such User desires to perform work jointly with Permittee. To the extent reasonably feasible, and subject to Permittee and User entering into a written agreement for such work and/or use, Permittee shall coordinate its work with any User who timely informs Permittee that it desires to perform work jointly in the City’s ROW, provided that such User obtains any required ROW agreement and permits from the City as required by the Code before such User performs any work in the City’s ROW, including the installation of any facilities, or uses any facilities installed by Permittee on their behalf. Nothing in this Section 1.6 is intended to cause delays to Permittee’s construction schedule.

Coordination of Excavation with Other Permittees. Company shall coordinate work with other utilities using the Public Rights-Of-Way in accordance with Section 29.16 of the Code and the requirements imposed by any applicable encroachment permit.

  • COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.

  • Engineer's Coordination with Owner Engineer shall be available for conferences with City so that Project can be designed with the full benefit of City's experience and knowledge of existing needs and facilities and be consistent with current policies and construction standards.   • Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law. Employees shall not receive other types of paid leave provided by this Agreement (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory time) for hours for which they are receiving PPL.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Interaction with Other Leave Entitlements (a) An employee proceeding on unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with accrued annual and/or accrued long service leave.

  • Cooperation with Inspector General Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), Fla. Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.

  • Agreements by Third Parties Business Associate shall enter into an agreement with any subcontractor of Business Associate that creates, receives, maintains or transmits PHI on behalf of Business Associate. Pursuant to such agreement, the subcontractor shall agree to be bound by the same or greater restrictions, conditions, and requirements that apply to Business Associate under this Addendum with respect to such PHI.

  • Cooperation with Investigations You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.

  • Contractors Submission Respecting the Agreement The Contractor shall, as part of the Contractor's submission respecting this Contract, complete the attached Schedule B, Identification of Principles; Schedule C, Schedule of Tendered Unit Prices; Schedule D, Schedule of Equipment to be used on the work; and Schedule E, Schedule of Sub-Contractors. The Contract including all appended schedules shall be completed in complete conformity with the instructions to bidders contained in the document entitled "General Provisions and Contract Specification for Highway Construction". In presenting the Contractor’s submission for consideration by the Minister, the Contractor understands that until, and unless, the Contract is endorsed by the Minister, no Contract between the parties shall exist and the Minister shall not be bound to endorse any Contract.
