BMS or MFCU records requests will be sent to the designated MCO contact person(s) in writing via email, fax, or regular mail and will provide the specifics of the information being requested. The MCO must respond to the appropriate BMS or MFCU staff member within fourteen (14) days or within the timeframe designated in the request.
