Amount of Funds Available to Grantee The maximum amount of funding being made available to Grantee under this Agreement is: $20,000. This amount may be amended, subject to funds availability, by mutual consent of the parties. Grant funds under this Agreement may be considered taxable income.
Records Availability and Retention Records of Contractor’s costs, reimbursable expenses pertaining to the Project and payments shall be available to Owner or its authorized representative during business hours and shall be retained for four (4) years after final Payment or abandonment of the Project, unless Owner otherwise instructs Contractor in writing.
Certified Payroll Records The records required in Labor Code section 1776 shall be required to be kept and submitted to the City of San Diego, but will not be required to be submitted online with the DIR directly. The Design Professional will need to keep those records for at least three years following the completion of the Agreement. (Labor Code section 1771.4).
Submission of Certified Payroll Transcripts for Public Works Contracts Only Contractors and Subcontractors on public works projects must submit monthly payroll transcripts to the Authorized User that has prepared or directs the preparation of the plans and specifications for a public works project, as set forth in the Bid Specifications. For Mini-Bid solicitations, the payroll records must be submitted to the entity preparing the agency Mini-Bid project specification. For “agency specific” Bids, the payroll records should be submitted to the entity issuing the purchase order. For all other OGS Centralized Contracts, such records should be submitted to the individual agency issuing the purchase order(s) for the work. Upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and the Authorized User, the form of submission may be submitted in a specified disk format acceptable to the Department of Labor provided: 1) the Contractor/Subcontractor retains the original records; and, (2) an original signed letter by a duly authorized individual of the Contractor or Subcontractor attesting to the truth and accuracy of the records accompanies the disk. This provision does not apply to Article 9 of the Labor Law building services contracts.
FACILITIES AVAILABLE WITH THE CARD 4.1 Use during validity period You may use the card to carry out card transactions during the validity period specified on the card.

Records Available for Audit The Party shall maintain all records pertaining to performance under this agreement. “Records” means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

Books, Records and Tax Returns (Check One) ☐ - SINGLE-MEMBER: The Company shall maintain complete and accurate books and records of the Company's business and affairs as required by the Statutes and such books and records shall be kept at the Company's Registered Office and shall in all respects be independent of the books, records and transactions of the Member. The Company's fiscal year shall be the calendar year with an ending month of December. The Member intends that the Company, as a single member LLC, shall be taxed as a sole proprietorship in accordance with the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Any provisions herein that may cause may cause the Company not to be taxed as a sole proprietorship shall be inoperative.
