Certified payroll records definition

Certified payroll records means either the United States Department of Labor Form WH‐347 or other comparable document that includes the name and address of the employer, identification of the payroll number and the work week ending date, the name of the project and project location, identification of the contract number, the names of employees, their work classification or job title, the county and state of the employees’ residence, the day and hours worked, hourly rate of pay or salary, gross wages, federal and state withholding amounts, other authorized deductions, and net pay.
Certified payroll records means payroll records furnished under oath signed by an owner or officer of an employer to the contracting authority and the project owner every week, including a certified payroll report with respect to the wages and benefits paid each employee during the preceding week specifying for each employee: name; identifying number; prevailing wage master job classification; hours worked each day; total hours; rate of pay; gross amount earned; each deduction for taxes; total deductions; net pay for week; dollars contributed per hour for each benefit, including name and address of administrator; benefit account number; and telephone number for health and welfare, vacation or holiday, apprenticeship training, pension, and other benefit programs.

  • Certified payroll records shall be on the forms provided by the DIR or contain the same information required on the Department’s form.

  • Certified payroll records in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 27B, and shall include hours worked by employees of the Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors; b.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; and past due late charges.

  • Seller’s Accountants means Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx.

  • Transferred Books and Records means all books, ledgers, files, reports, plans, records, manuals and other materials (in any form or medium) to the extent of, or maintained predominantly for, the Business by the Seller’s Group (other than emails), including (without limitation) all books, records and other materials relating to the research, development and pre-clinical trials for each of the Products and the Product Expansions but excluding:

  • Educational records means: those official records, files, and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to records encompassing all the material kept in the student's cumulative folder such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols, and individualized education programs.

  • Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. A personnel record shall not include:

  • Annual Accountant’s Report is defined in Section 3.04(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • Business Records means all records and information of any description or type created or used in the ordinary course of the operation of the Business.

  • Monthly Financial Statements is defined in Section 6.2(c).

  • Purchaser Financial Statements shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.8.1.

  • Account Statement means a periodic statement of the transactions credited or debited to an Account;

  • Statutory Financial Statements means, with respect to any Party, the annual and quarterly statutory financial statements of such Party filed with the Governmental Authority charged with supervision of insurance companies in the jurisdiction of domicile of such Party to the extent such Party is required by Applicable Law to prepare and file such financial statements.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.
