Copies of Union Agreement. The Agency agrees to reproduce and distribute copies of this Agreement to all Union Officials/Stewards. The Agency agrees to bear the cost of printing copies of this Agreement and all supplements/amendments thereto. In addition, the Agency agrees to make an initial distribution to all bargaining unit employees and to all new employees upon entering on duty. The Union will be furnished 30 copies for its use. The cost of any additional copies of the Agreement required by either Party will be paid by such Party.
