Copies of Work Rules. The Employer agrees that existing work rules, and directives shall be reduced to writing and be made available to affected employees at each work location. To the extent possible, new work rules and directives shall be provided to the Union two (2) weeks in advance of their implementation. In the event that the Union wishes to present the views of the bargaining unit regarding a new work rule or directive, a time will be set aside at the regularly scheduled Labor/Management Committee meeting. The issuance of work rules and directives is not grievable. The application of such rules and directives is subject to the grievance procedure.
