Copy Machines, Computers and Similar Equipment. Each Party shall provide all copy machines, computers, facsimile machines, and other similar equipment (including, without limitation, servers, desktop computers, routers, and printers) necessary for such Party’s operations and programs at the ILC. No employee, student, volunteer, guest or invitee of a Party may use any computers, facsimile machines or other similar equipment owned by the other Party without the express written consent of such owner. In no event and regardless of any consent, no employee, student, volunteer, guest or invitee of a Party may access, review, copy or otherwise retain any confidential or proprietary information stored on any computer or similar equipment owned by the other Party. If any such confidential or proprietary information is inadvertently accessed, the Party whose employee, student, volunteer, guest or invitee accessed the information must immediately notify the owner of the equipment on which the information was stored. This Section 3.3 shall not be construed to prohibit centralized computer storage of both Parties’ student rosters, attendance information, et cetera.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used.   • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified above in Subparagraphs 18.1.1 to 18.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools 1. In determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of a good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification or a specific manufacturing or processing operation set out in Annex 2, accessories, spare parts or tools delivered with the good that form part of the good's standard accessories, spare parts or tools, shall be disregarded, provided that:

With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • FIXTURES AND FITTINGS 7.13.1 Not to remove any of the Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises to store the same in the loft, basement or garage (if any) without obtaining the Landlord’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, and then to ensure that any such items are stored safely and upon vacating the Premises, to leave the same in the places in which they were on the Commencement Date.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Automated Teller Machines We do not accept deposits at ATMs that we do not own or operate. Funds from deposits (cash or checks) made at automated teller machines (ATMs) we own or operate will follow the same availability schedule as making a deposit in person to one of our employees, except that same day availability may not apply to the items noted. These deposits may be available the first day after the day of deposit.
