  • Sunset Clause The provisions of this Section expires automatically on the expiration date of this Agreement.

  • NO STRIKE CLAUSE Section 1. No employee covered by this Agreement shall engage in, induce or encourage any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, or withholding of services.
