FACTORY MUTUAL The landlord's insurance underwriter for the project and will review certain elements of the tenant's design package for consistency with the landlord's insurance coverages. The Final Plan represents 100% Contract Documents for the proposed tenant space. These drawings require final approval by the Landlord.
Cornice. From and after the Closing, none of Purchaser nor the purchaser under the Other PSA shall have any remaining obligations pursuant to Section 9.10 of the Other PSA.
