Common use of Correction Costs Clause in Contracts

Correction Costs. Boeing will perform the Correction at no charge to Customer. Subject to the conditions of Article 9.1, Boeing will reimburse Customer for the costs of fuel, oil, other required fluids and landing fees incurred in ferrying the aircraft to Boeing and back to Customer’s facilities. Customer will minimize the length of both flights.

Correction Costs. Boeing will perform the Correction at no charge to Customer. In the event an Aircraft is returned to Boeing facilities, Boeing will perform the Correction at no charge to CustomerCustomer in accordance with the Correction objectives and other conditions herein. Subject to the conditions of Article Section 9.1, Boeing will promptly reimburse Customer for the costs of fuel, oil, other required fluids oil and landing fees incurred in ferrying the aircraft to Boeing and back to Customer’s 's facilities. Customer will use reasonable efforts to minimize the length of both flights.

Customer will minimize the length of both flights.
