CORRECTION OF WORK AFTER FINAL PAYMENT. Neither the final estimate or payment, nor any provision in the Contract Documents, shall relieve the Contractor of responsibility for faulty materials or workmanship and, unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall remedy any defects due thereto and pay for any damage to other Work or property resulting therefrom, which appear within a period of two (2) years from the date of final completion and acceptance. This warranty shall be in addition to and not in lieu of all other remedies available to the Owner.
