Correspondence, reports, documentation, and any other communication in writing between the Parties in the course of ordinary implementation of this Agreement shall be delivered by hand, or sent by facsimile transmission, email or airmail to the employee or representative of the other Party who is designated by such other Party to receive such written communication.
