Cost Cutting Measures. The Commission and COMELEC-EU agrees to implement cost-cutting measures to effectively generate higher savings for the CNA Incentive including but not limited to the following; 4.1. Savings for supply and materials a. Proper allocation of office supplies and materials b. Encourage usage of recycled materials and recycling of papers for duplicate copies c. Reduction of duplicate copies and reproduction of materials only when needed d. Base the use and consumption of materials on allocation only e. Ensure the proper procurement of office equipment and supplies b. Usage of the air conditioning units only during office hours

Ensure the proper procurement of office equipment and supplies 4.2. Efficient energy and water consumption a. Turn off power during office breaks b. Usage of the air conditioning units only during office hours c. Minimize the use of powered lighting d. Turn off office equipments and computers during breaks and when not in use e. regular check up of faucets, pipes, fittings, lavatories and storage tanks for leaks and damages
Cost Cutting Measures. The Company agrees to use its commercially reasonable best efforts to reduce its “Total General and Administrative,” “Legal” and “Accounting” expenses as such terms are used with reference to the line items in the Company’s financial statements by at least $200,000 in total from the aggregate of approximately $3.2 million in such expenses budgeted for the 2015 fiscal year in the 2016 fiscal year and to maintain such reduced expenditures to a total of no more than $3.0 million for each subsequent fiscal year through the 2018 fiscal year.

  • Corrective Measures If the Participating Generator fails to meet or maintain the requirements set forth in this Agreement and/or the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO shall be permitted to take any of the measures, contained or referenced in the CAISO Tariff, which the CAISO deems to be necessary to correct the situation.

  • Safety Measures Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.
