Common use of Cost & Language of Bidding Clause in Contracts

Cost & Language of Bidding. a) The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its Bid, and the procuring entity shall not be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process. b) The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid exchanged by the Bidder and the procuring entity, shall be written only in English Language. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the Bid may be in another language provided Rate Contract for Selection of Logistic Partner for e-Bazaar they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English/ Hindi language, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.
