Cost of Administering the Plan. Expenses of the Board The compensation of the Impartial Chairman, which shall be in such amount and on such basis as may be determined by the other members of the Board, shall be shared equally by the Company and the Union. Reasonable and necessary expenses of the Board for forms and stationery required in connection with the handling of appeals shall be borne by the Company. The Company members and the Union members of the Board and of Local Committees shall serve without compensation.

  • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of the Enabling Legislation, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. (c) Nothing contained in this Agreement or a subcontract will create a contractual relationship between any subcontractor or its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, affiliates or volunteers and the Funder. (d) When entering into a subcontract, the HSP agrees that the terms of the subcontract will enable the HSP to meet its obligations under the FLSA.
