Cost of Administering the Plan a) Expense of Trustee The costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee under the Plan and the fees charged by the Trustee shall be charged to the Fund.
Cost of Administering the Plan. (a) Expense of the Board The compensation of the Impartial Chairperson, which shall be in such amount and on such basis as may be determined by the other members of the Board, shall be shared equally by the Company and the Union. Reasonable and necessary expenses of the Board for forms and stationery required in connection with the handling of appeals shall be borne by the Company. The Company members and the Union members of the Board and of Local Committees shall serve without compensation.
