COST OF AGREEMENT. 19 The Xxxxxx shall be responsible for all costs, charges and expenses of and incidental to the negotiations, preparation and stamping of this Agreement and of any collateral securities thereto and those costs, charges and expenses which in the Bailee’s opinion may be necessary, desirable or called for to protect or safeguard or in any way to aid, assist or advantage the rights, powers and remedies conferred upon the Xxxxxx under this Agreement.
