Housing Xxx 0000. This information is prescribed under the Housing Xxx 0000. That means that the two parties to the Tenancy Agreement must be made aware of their rights during and at the end of the Tenancy regarding the protection of and deductions from the Deposit.
Housing Xxx 0000. This agreement is for an Assured Shorthold tenancy as defined in Section 19A of the Housing Xxx 0000 as amended by the Housing Xxx 0000. Section 8 and Section 21 of this Act sets out the conditions under which we can take the property back. See Section F14.
Housing Xxx 0000. This Agreement is intended to create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy as defined in Section 20 of the Housing Xxx 0000 as amended by Section 19A of the Housing Xxx 0000, and the provisions for the mandatory recovery of possession by the Landlord in Section 21 thereof apply accordingly as do the provisions of Schedule 2 of that Act.
(i) These provisions require the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent to give the Tenant not less than two months notice in writing to terminate this Agreement unless possession is required following a breach of this Agreement on the part of the Tenant. Where possession is sought on non-breach grounds the notice served by the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agents cannot expire before the end of the fixed term specified on page 1 of this Agreement unless served in accordance with an early termination clause which, if applicable to this Tenancy, will be detailed under Section 8 Special Tenancy Conditions in this Agreement. The Tenant is required to vacate the property upon the expiry of a lawfully served Section 21 notice on the Tenant, either at the expiry of the specified fixed term or in accordance with an early termination clause.
(ii) The Tenant
(a) acknowledges that immediately before entering into this Agreement he was not himself or jointly with any other person a protected or statutory Tenant of the Property and
(b) declares that for the duration of the Tenancy hereby created the Property is to be his main and principal home as defined within the meaning of Part 1 Section 1 of the Housing Xxx 0000
Housing Xxx 0000. Due to this Act certain types of Premises may require a licence before they can be let. It is your responsibility to determine whether you need a licence and to obtain that licence. You agree to keep us fully indemnified against all losses, costs or damages we might incur, whether criminal or civil, due to your failure to obtain an adequate licence for the letting of your Premises. If we become aware that the Premises are let in a manner which requires a licence and you refuse to obtain one we reserve the right to terminate our instruction immediately and to inform any Occupiers of the Premises and the Local Housing Authority of the situation. Also as part of the Housing Xxx 0000 private dwellings must comply with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System ("HHSRS") which is a means of measuring hazards and risk of injury at the Premises. This system applies to all properties but is most commonly applied to tenanted property. The responsibility for ensuring the Premises comply is entirely that of the Landlord. If we accept an instruction to let the Premises and subsequently an order is served to comply with the HHSRS or if we incur any costs for compliance due to an order being served upon us you agree to reimburse us within fourteen days of written demand or by way of deduction from monies paid to us by the Occupier or from any other property owned by you where we collect or hold sums on your behalf.

Housing Corporation may for any purpose connected with the discharge of any of its functions in relation to registered social landlords serve notice on a person requiring him/her to supply information as specified in the notice or to supply any document as specified within the notice.
Housing Xxx 0000. Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 amended Section 115 of the Crime and Disorder Xxx 0000 allowing the disclosure of information to Registered Social Landlords for the purposes associated with Section 1 of the Crime and Disorder Act which is in relation to anti-social behaviour.

Housing Xxx 0000. The hirer is granted the right to occupy the accommodation for a holiday only. Nov'05 E. & O.E. Agreement shall be enforced under the English laws including any applicable rental acts and represents the entire Agreement. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. In the event of a dispute, legal action may only be instituted in England. If any part of this Agreement shall be deemed unenforceable by law, that part shall be omitted from this Agreement without affecting the remaining Agreement.
Housing Xxx 0000. 6.1 For the benefit of any lender and to the intent that the lender may enforce the benefit of this covenant under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Xxx 0000, the Landlord covenants as follows:
(a) If and whenever, at any time during the Term this lease is an assured tenancy within the meaning of the Housing Xxx 0000 the Landlord shall not rely on or seek to rely on Ground 8 in Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Housing Xxx 0000 to bring this lease to an end;
(b) If any time periods or Grounds or other provisions in the Housing Xxx 0000 relevant are amended varied replaced or otherwise altered by any amendment replacement or re-enactment of the Housing Xxx 0000 then the provisions of this clause shall be varied so as to remain operative as intended.
6.2 For the purposes of this paragraph 6 Lender means any person who has been granted a charge mortgage or other legal or equitable security over the leasehold title to the Property by the Tenant and whose name and address have been notified in writing by the Landlord.
Housing Xxx 0000. This tenancy agreement may be terminated (but not during the initial six months of this tenancy) should the Mortgagee require possession under the Housing Xxx 0000, Schedule 2, Ground 2.
