Cost of Investigation. If as a result of the Agreement, City or any of their directors or officers, the Mayor, or any City Council members, or any employee, agent, or representative of City is required to be licensed or approved by the Board, one-third (1/3) of all reasonable costs of such licensing, approval or investigation shall be paid by Developer within five (5) Business Days following receipt of a written request from City.
Cost of Investigation. If as a result of this Lease, Landlord or any of its directors or officers, the Mayor or any City Council members, or any employee, agent, or representative of the City is required to be licensed, approved, or otherwise investigated by LGCB or any other state law enforcement agency, all reasonable costs of such licensing, approval or investigation shall be paid by Tenant within five (5) Business Days following receipt of a written request from Landlord. All costs paid by Tenant in any year shall be recovered by set‑off against Rent or Additional Charges due from Tenant under this Lease for the shorter of: (i) the next succeeding five (5) years of the Term or (ii) the remaining years of the Term, in equal installments over such period. 137
Cost of Investigation. The Quotation will establish the price for Services. The Quotation will depend upon the type of product and the test requirements. The Quotation is subject to change at UL’s discretion, upon reasonable notice to the Client, due to any additional project specific requirements or scope changes. Certification fees charges are available upon request.
Cost of Investigation. Within thirty (30) days from the effective date of ' this Consent Agreement, Respondent shall pay the cost of investigation of this case to the Board in the amount of One Hundred Two Dollars ($102.00) to the Board of Technical Registration by certified check or money order, according to the provisions of A.R.S. § 32-128(H).
