Additional Project definition

Additional Project means a project for the delivery of AHP Housing proposed by the Grant Recipient under Condition 8 in addition to those projects comprised within the Original Approved Bid; Additional Project Acceptance Date means the date upon which the GLA confirms acceptance of an Additional Project pursuant to Condition 8.3; Affordable Housing has the meaning given to it under the heading "Policy 3.10 Definition of Affordable Housing" of The London Plan (as the same may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time);
Additional Project means a project for the delivery of AHP Housing proposed by the Grant Recipient under Condition 9 in addition to those projects or proposals comprised within the Original Approved Bid; Additional Project Acceptance Date means the date upon which the GLA confirms acceptance of an Additional Project pursuant to Condition 9.3; Additionality Condition means the condition that all the AHP Dwellings comprised within a Named Project meet the definition of "additional" homes as detailed in the Guidance and set out in Section 2 (Net Additionality for GLA Grant) of the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide;
Additional Project means, collectively, all or any portion of the acquisition, construction and installation of certain local public improvements and any costs related thereto financed by the Authority with the proceeds of the Bonds as part of the City’s Smart Streets initiative and Westside Main Streets Revitalization Plan which local public improvements shall consist of all or any portion of the acquisition, construction and installation of the following: pavement, streetscape, and sidewalk improvements, bulb-out installation, street signage and markings, installation of bicycle facilities, road widening, intersection and traffic signal interconnection improvements, utility relocation, utility and sidewalk improvements, and installation of lighting and right-of-way improvements, all of which local public improvements are to be located in or along the rights-of-way for (i) Michigan Street between St. Joseph River to Angela Boulevard; (ii) Marion Street from roundabout to Riverside Drive and Riverside Drive to Michigan Street; (iii) Riverside Drive from the beginning of curve east of duck pond to Michigan Street; (iv) North St. Joseph Street from Marion Street to Navarre Street; (v) Navarre Street from Michigan Street to Riverside Drive; and (vi) Wayne Street from Michigan Street to beginning of the East Jefferson Boulevard Bridge and any cross streets related to the foregoing stretches; all of which and the Authority’s interest therein as described as:

Examples of Additional Project in a sentence

  • Developer and the City shall diligently and in good faith negotiate the Required Additional Project Items for 60 days after the date they are all delivered to the City.

  • If the City and Developer have not agreed upon the Required Additional Project Items by 120-days after the Effective Date, then either the City or Developer may terminate this Agreement by delivering written notice to the other party at any time prior to the parties agreeing on the Required Additional Project Items in which case the parties will proceed to use the Final End- of-Project Process described in Section 5.5 below.

  • The Required Additional Project Items must be consistent with comparable items for comparable projects in the Austin MSA.


More Definitions of Additional Project

Additional Project has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Additional Project means the purposes for which any Additional Bonds may be issued.
Additional Project means an Additional Named Project or an Additional Indicative Project (as applicable); Additional Project Acceptance Date means the date upon which the GLA confirms acceptance of an Additional Project pursuant to Condition 17.3; Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide means the guide of that name published on xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx/XXX or any successor guide so published subject to such amendments variations or updates to the same as may be published from time to time;

Additional Project means (a) any airports and aviation facilities that are not a part of the Airport System as of the date of the Bond Resolution, including all land, buildings, structures, equipment and appurtenances constituting a part thereof, (b) all enlargements of and improvements and additions to any existing or future buildings and structures that constitute the Airport System, and (c) all renewals and replacements of any of the foregoing, which airports, aviation facilities, enlargements, improvements, additions, renewals and replacement are financed as a whole or in part through the issuance of Additional Bonds or with money held in the Aviation Fund.
Additional Project means a project for the delivery of AHP Housing proposed by the Lead Partner on behalf of the Relevant Consortium Member under Condition 9, in addition to those projects or proposals comprised within the Original Approved Bid; Additional Project Acceptance Date means the date upon which the GLA confirms acceptance of an Additional Project pursuant to Condition 9.3; Additionality Condition means the condition that all the AHP Dwellings comprised within a Named Project meet the definition of "additional" homes as detailed in the Guidance and set out in Section 2 (Net Additionality for GLA Grant) of the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide;
