Common use of Cost of Work Clause in Contracts

Cost of Work. Cost of Work means those costs necessarily incurred by CMR in the proper performance of the Work, as defined in UGC Section 1.48, but which shall in no event be at rates greater than the standard rates in the locale of the Project, and shall be composed of only the cost items set forth in Article V of the Contract.
