Cost of Work. 7.1.1 The Cost of the Work is included in, and not in addition to the Guaranteed Maximum Price accepted by the Owner. In no event, shall the Cost of the Work to be reimbursed exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price without express written consent of the Owner in accordance with Article 8.
