Costs and Fees of Arbitration. A. The expenses, wages and other compensation of any witnesses called before the arbitrator shall be borne by the party calling such witnesses. Other expenses incurred such as professional services, consultants, preparation of briefs and data to be presented to the arbitrator shall be borne separately by the respective parties. B. The arbitrator's fees and expenses, the cost of any hearing room, and the cost of a court reporter and of the original transcript shall be borne by the losing side of the arbitration. The arbitrator will be requested to specify who is the losing party.
