COSTS OF INVESTIGATION. Where substantial costs are incurred in responding to a request for assistance under this Memorandum, the Requested Authority may require the Requesting Authority to contribute to its cost in an amount agreed upon by the Authorities involved.
COSTS OF INVESTIGATION. Within three (3) months of the effective date of this Order, Respondent shall pay the amount of $500 for the cost of the Board's investigation. Respondent shall make the payment by personal check, cashier’s check or money order.
COSTS OF INVESTIGATION. If it appears that responding to a request for assistance under this Memorandum of Understanding will involve substantial costs being incurred by the requested Authority, the requested Authority and the requesting Authority will establish a cost sharing arrangement before continuing to respond to such request for assistance.
COSTS OF INVESTIGATION. Where substantial imbalance has arisen in the cumulative costs incurred, the Requested Authority may require the Requesting Authority to make a contribution to costs.
