Counseling. The Employee Assistance Program provides confidential assessment, short-term counseling, referral and follow-up service and is available to assist employees and members of their households to help successfully resolve personal concerns. Those concerns would include, but are not limited to, physical or mental illness, financial hardship, marital or family distress, and substance abuse or addiction. This program is available immediately upon date of hire.
