Counter Fraud. Provision of advice and support on counter fraud activities, if required. The scope of this work to be agreed annually and may include: • Targeted reviews to prevent or detect fraud • Development of the Anti-Fraud and and Corruption Policy and supporting policies and plans • Counter fraud awareness training and publicity • Support with the National Fraud Initiative (NFI)
Counter Fraud. 27.1 The Trust must put in place and maintain appropriate counter fraud and security management arrangements.
Counter Fraud. 6.9.1 The Partners agree that counter-fraud measures within the Integrated Commissioning arrangement will be joined up, as far as is practicable. • The ICB and Council will agree arrangements for sharing the approach to promoting counter- fraud measures; and for investigating and addressing instances of suspicion of illegal activity. • The Council counter fraud functions will continue to be delivered by its internal audit provider and specific fraud team. NHS anti-fraud will continue to be provided by NHSCFA and existing Internal Audit provision.
