County Financing. (a) The County shall otherwise use commercially reasonable efforts to finance the Project through conventional mortgage financing at the most advantageous rates it can negotiate. The cost of any such borrowing shall be included in the Project pro-forma and are a project cost that will be recovered from the Purchaser Parties pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the VTB (both defined below). The Purchaser Parties shall collaborate with the County in this regard, and, in particular, shall assist with the County to secure additional funding, and, where appropriate, recommend any other available sources of funding that may be aware of.

  • Seller Financing Seller agrees to provide financing to the Buyer under the following terms and conditions:
