County May Operate Site. Provide equipment, materials, labor and services as the County may deem necessary for the proper performance of the duties to be performed by the Contractor by whatever method the Department may deem expedient, including, but not limited to, the use of independent Contractors, County employees, or other public agencies and/or by using materials, equipment, fuel or other property of the Contractor that may be on the Site and may be reasonably necessary, for the account and at the expense of the Contractor. Contractor shall be minimally liable for the difference between the sums that would have been paid to him pursuant to this Agreement and the actual cost to County to operate the Site in the manner required by this Agreement during the period from the date the Contractor is removed from the Site or leaves in violation of this Agreement, to the date another Contractor takes over after County has rebid the operation, as required by law and, therefore, entered into an operating agreement with another Contractor.

  • The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.
