County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Requirements. In order to comply with the child support enforcement requirements of the County of Orange, within ten (10) days of notification of selection of award of Contract but prior to official award of Contract, the selected Contractor agrees to furnish to Probation’s Contract Development Manager:
29.1 In the case of an individual Contractor, his/her name, date of birth, Social Security number, and residence address;
29.2 In the case of a Contractor doing business in a form other than as an individual, the name, date of birth, Social Security number and residence address of each individual who owns an interest of ten percent (10%) or more in the contracting entity;
29.3 A certification that the Contractor has fully complied with all applicable federal and state reporting requirements regarding its employees; and
29.4 A certification that the Contractor has fully complied with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment and will continue to so comply. Failure of the Contractor to timely submit the data and/or certifications required may result in the Contract being awarded to another Contractor. In the event a Contract has been issued, failure of the Contractor to comply with all federal, state, and local reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of the Contract. Failure to cure such breach within sixty (60) calendar days of notice from the County shall constitute grounds for termination of the Contract.
County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Requirements. In order to comply with the child support enforcement requirements of County, within ten days of notification of selection of award of this Contract but prior to official award of this Contract, Contractor agrees to furnish the required Contractor data and certifications to County agency/department deputy purchasing agent. Failure of Contractor to timely submit the data and certifications required may result in this Contract being awarded to another Contractor. In the event this Contract has been issued, failure of Contractor to comply with all federal and state reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this Contract. Failure to cure such breach within 60 calendar days of notice from County shall constitute grounds for termination of this Contract.
County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Requirements. Contractor certifies it is in full compliance with all applicable federal and state reporting requirements regarding its employees and with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignments and will continue to be in compliance throughout the term of the Contract with the County of Orange. Failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of the Contract and failure to cure such breach within 60 calendar days of notice from the County shall constitute grounds for termination of the Contract.
County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Requirements. Riskonnect and its officers collectively certify compliance with (1) any and all court orders pertaining to child support and (2) all applicable federal and state reporting requirements pertaining to child support.

c. A certification that the Contractor has fully complied with all applicable federal and state reporting requirements regarding its employees; and
d. A certification that the Contractor has fully complied with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment and will continue to so comply. Failure of Contractor to timely submit the data and/or certifications required may result in the Contract being awarded to another Contractor. 23.2 In the case of a CONTRACTOR doing business in a form other than as an individual, the name, date of birth, Social Security number and residence address of each individual who owns an interest of ten percent (10%) or more in the contracting entity;
23.3 A certification that the CONTRACTOR has fully complied with all applicable federal and state reporting requirements regarding its employees; and
23.4 A certification that the CONTRACTOR has fully complied with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment and will continue to so comply. The required certification is listed in Attachment D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Failure of the CONTRACTOR to comply with all Federal, State, and local reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of the CONTRACT.
