Court Records definition

Court Records means all information in any form made available by the Court to Subscriber through the BCA for the purposes of carrying out this Subscriber Amendment, including:
Court Records means any record maintained by the clerk in a civil, traffic, or criminal proceeding
Court Records means any record maintained by the clerk in a civil, traffic, or criminal proceeding in the court, and any appeal from a district court.

Examples of Court Records in a sentence

  • Subscriber’s access to and/or submission of the Court Records shall be limited to Authorized Court Data Services identified in an approved request form under section 3, above, and other Court Records necessary for Subscriber to use Authorized Court Data Services.

  • Subscriber’s access to the Court Records for personal or non-official use is prohibited.

  • During the term of this Subscriber Amendment, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Court hereby grants to Subscriber a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to use Court Data Services Programs and Court Data Services Databases to access or receive the Authorized Court Data Services identified in an approved request form under section 3, above, and related Court Records.

  • The Court may conduct audits of Subscriber’s logs and use of Authorized Court Data Services and Court Records from time to time.

  • Subscriber agrees to comply with all policies identified in Policies & Notices applicable to Court Records accessed by Subscriber using Authorized Court Data Services.

Court Records means the contents of the court file, including the progress docket and other similar records generated to document activity in a case, transcripts filed with the clerk, and electronic records, video tapes, or stenographic tapes of depositions or other proceedings filed with the clerk, and electronic records, videotapes or stenographic tapes of court proceedings.

Court Records means all official records maintained by the clerk or other personnel pertaining to (1) any criminal action, (2) any action, except a juvenile proceeding, concerning a civil offense or infraction enacted under State or local law as a substitute for a criminal charge, or (3) any proceeding for expungement. It includes indices, docket entries, charging documents, pleadings, memoranda, assignment schedules, disposition sheets, transcriptions of proceedings, electronic recordings, orders, judgments, and decrees. It does not include: records pertaining to violations of the vehicle laws of the State or of any other traffic law, ordinance, or regulation;
Court Records means all official records maintained by the clerk or other personnel pertaining to any criminal action or proceeding for expungement. It includes indices, docket entries, charging documents, pleadings, memoranda, assignment schedules, disposition sheets, transcriptions of proceedings, electronic recordings, orders, judgments, and decrees. It does not include: records pertaining to violations of the vehicle laws of the State or of any other traffic law, ordinance, or regulation; written opinions of a court; cash receipt and disbursement records necessary for audit purposes; or a court reporter's transcript of proceedings involving multiple defendants.
Court Records means both Case Records and Administrative Records.
