County Satisfaction Survey Service Level. On an annual basis, County and Vendor shall each agree on the structure of the County satisfaction survey, including question format, question composition, number of questions, response scale (such as Likert}, and method of surveying (such as telephonic). Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by County, all Authorized Users shall be solicited by Service Provide to participate in the County satisfaction survey.
