Service Costs Service Costs are direct and indirect expenditures incurred in support of Petroleum Operations in the Contract Area, including expenditures on warehouses, piers, marine vessels, vehicles, motorized rolling equipment, aircraft, fire and security stations, workshops, water and sewerage plants, power plants, housing, community and recreational facilities and furniture and tools and equipment used in these activities. Service Costs in any Year shall include the costs incurred in such Year to purchase and/or construct the said facilities as well as the annual costs of maintaining and operating the same, each to be identified separately. All Service Costs shall be regularly allocated as specified in Sections 2.2.5, 2.3.5 and 2.4 to Exploration Costs, Development Costs and Production Costs and shall be separately shown under each of these categories. Where Service Costs are made in respect of shared facilities, the basis of allocation of costs to Petroleum Operations hereunder shall be specified.

TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.
Covered Expenses Supervisors must have received prior authorization from their Appointing Authority before incurring any expenses authorized by this Article.
Non-Reimbursable Expenses In addition to the non-reimbursable items set forth above in this Policy, the following is a non-exhaustive list of expenses that will not be reimbursed by Xxxxxxxxxx County:
FUNERAL EXPENSES The City shall expend a sum of money not to exceed $30,000 for funeral expenses to the heirs of any Unit member who dies while on active duty from injuries incurred while performing his/her job or who dies as a direct cause of such injuries. This amount includes any amount already available for this purpose in accordance with California State Labor Code Section 4701.

Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses. Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.
Interest Charges You agree to pay interest at the rate(s) disclosed to you at the time you open your account and as may be changed from time to time in accordance with applicable law. Average Daily Balance including new transactions: Interest Charges will accrue on your average daily balance outstanding during the month. To get the average daily balance, we take the beginning balance each day, add any new purchases, cash advances, balance transfers or other advances, and subtract any payments, unpaid interest charges, and unpaid late charges. This gives us the daily balance. Then, we add up all the daily balances for the billing cycle and divide that by the number of days in the billing cycle.
