County Superintendent. After the agreement is complete, a copy must be sent to the county superintendent. If the District of Residence is in a different county than the District of Choice, the resident district should forward a copy to their county superintendent. The District of Choice will always forward a copy to their county superintendent.

County Superintendent. The County Board shall pay the County Superintendent an annual salary of Twenty-Three Thousand, Eight Hundred and Sixty-Four dollars ($23,864.00) Twenty Five Thousand dollars ($25,000) for the term of this Agreement, excluding employer paid benefits, i.e. Worker's Compensation, State Unemployment Insurance, OASDT and Medicare for the term of this Agreement. Said salary shall be payable in twelve ( 12) equal monthly payments payable on the last working day of each calendar month, with the first payment on September 30, 2019 July 31, 2023. When only a portion of any year or month is served, the County Superintendent's annual salary shall be prorated to reflect such service. The County Superintendent's daily rate shall be computed by dividing the annual salary by 35. This particular provision shall survive Termination of District Employment pursuant to Paragraph 20, so long as Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx continues their position as the elected County Superintendent.
County Superintendent. SEIU Local 1021 recognizes that the County Superintendent of Schools is the employer for the County Office. The County Office and the Union recognize that the classified employees represented by SEIU 1021 who work in the Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) are employees of the County Superintendent, and are therefore covered by the provisions of this agreement.

  • Level Two - Superintendent If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision is reached within six (6) school days after the grievance was referred to the building principal or immediate supervisor, then within ten (10) school days a written grievance shall be referred to the Superintendent. A decision shall be rendered by the Superintendent within ten (10) school days after its presentation.

  • Superintendent The Contractor shall employ a competent superintendent and necessary assistants who shall be in attendance at the Project site during the progress of the Work. The superintendent shall represent the Contractor and all communications given to the superintendent shall be as binding as if given to the Contractor.   • Site Safety Supervisor 62.1 On every job site, where the Employer is the principal contractor it shall appoint a management representative responsible for safety (Site Safety Supervisor). The Employer will ensure the Site Safety Supervisor has the necessary authority to ensure that all safety laws, procedures or Codes of Practice are observed, and that the following Safety Agreement is applied. 62.2 The Employer when appointing the person appointed as the Site Safety Supervisor must ensure that person has and maintainsthe appropriate experience and knowledge of the safety requirements of the work being performed. Other duties may be assigned by the Employer to a Site Safety Supervisor, provided that such duties shall not prevent him/her from exercising their duties as a Site Safety Supervisor.

  • Superintendent of Schools The duly appointed executive officer of the Owner authorized to act by and through The School Board of Broward County, Florida. Referred to hereinafter as the Superintendent.

  • CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out. 1.9.2 Contractor's site supervisor shall be responsible for communication with the State's representatives and shall meet with the Project Manager at the site on a weekly basis to discuss project status, including any problems, ideas, or concerns related to the project work. 1.9.3 Contractor and its employees shall be subject to all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations for the conduct of personnel. 1.9.4 The Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his/her subcontractors and their employees at all times.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient.

  • Action by the Superintendent The Superintendent shall determine which of the alternative courses of action is proper and shall take appropriate action to implement such determination.

  • County The term COUNTY refers to the Board of County Commissioners of Lee County, a charter County and political subdivision of the State of Florida, and any official or employee duly authorized to act on the COUNTY'S behalf relative to this Agreement.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.
