County’s Rights upon Termination. Upon termination for breach under this Article 9 6, the County may demand repayment by the Subrecipient of any monies disbursed to the 10 Subrecipient under this Agreement that, in the County’s sole judgment, were not expended in 11 compliance with this Agreement. The Subrecipient shall promptly refund all such monies upon 12 demand. This section survives the termination of this Agreement. 13
