Course Curriculum, Instruction, and Grading. a. School is responsible for determining that the College course(s) approved for dual course credit meets the essential skills and knowledge required by the Texas Education Agency. b. Dual credit courses will be at a more advanced level than the courses taught at the high school level. c. A dual credit course and the corresponding course offered at a College campus are equivalent with respect to the curriculum, materials, instruction, and method/rigor of student evaluation. d.
