Books and Supplemental Materials. All textbooks and supplemental materials required for classes will be the responsibility of the School District. The University and the School District commit to working together to manage costs of instructional materials. The University will work with the School District to provide timely notice of required books and materials for each course offered the School District’s students. Students are eligible for a campus-wide ID to access campus facilities. These can be purchased on campus for $10. Dual credit students are eligible to receive all support services provided University students. Dual credit students needing accommodation or support for disabilities must register and provide appropriate documentation to the University’s Office of Student Disability Resources and Services. The office can be contacted at 000-000-0000. Specific support and guidance provided as a part of the program include the following:
Books and Supplemental Materials. (1) Based on the mutually agreed upon curriculum, student syllabi, course curricula, course outlines, and science laboratory supplies, as applicable to the courses when taught by the College or other instructional venues, shall be provided by the College.
(2) Based on the mutually agreed upon curriculum, all agreed upon current edition textbooks and supplemental materials required for the Fire Academy, shall be provided by Arlington ISD.
Books and Supplemental Materials. Courses offered for dual credit will be identified in the course schedule as University-level courses. Instruction and materials for dual credit courses will be equivalent or identical to courses taught to traditional university students. When possible, UTPB will: (i) utilize open resource textbooks for all dual credit courses, and (ii) utilize the same textbook for multiple years. District shall be responsible for providing all academic textbooks to students.

(2) Based on the mutually agreed upon curriculum aligned plan, all agreed upon textbooks, and supplemental materials required for classes, as determined by the Dual Credit Course Articulation Agreement, shall be provided by Early College High School.
(3) Based on the mutually agreed upon curriculum aligned plan, UNTD approved textbooks purchased by Dallas ISD may be used for the time period consistent with UNTD practices, but not fewer than 2 years.
(4) The IHE Liaison will provide the B-TECH Principal with a booklist including textbooks that are necessary each semester, need to be replaced and/or have been previously purchased in order to maintain an inventory of textbooks.
(5) Dallas ISD will purchase textbooks and required materials for dual credit courses directly from suppliers in accordance with Dallas ISD procurement guidelines.

The High School Partner(s) are responsible for ensuring students have obtained access to the correct editions of required textbooks, tools, uniforms, software, supplies, computer specifications, internet, and access to all necessary online platforms, etc., before the first day of the college’s class. Textbooks, materials, and supplies are available for purchase through the TSTC bookstore at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/student-life/bookstores/. Some programs use digital textbooks from a third party platform that is built into the online Learning Management System. The District will receive a separate invoice reflecting the cost of the textbook if students do not opt out of this option. Each semester, the Office of Dual Credit will share the upcoming semester’s textbook and additional materials requirements with the High School Partner(s). A list of required materials will be provided via email by the DC office before each semester and will be posted on the DC website at xx.xxxx.xxx, located under the resources section: Textbook and Materials Information.

Books and Supplemental Materials. The School District will provide textbooks for each registered student, equipment, and supplemental materials required for the cohort (S sections) classes. The College will consider the use of free open educational resources or low-cost educational resources in courses offered under the program for the School District. College-approved textbooks purchased by the School District as required for a college course are allowed to be used for four (4) years. Chairs may request a change of textbooks earlier than four (4) years, if the textbooks are for technology-based courses or with reasonable justification. Required textbooks and materials shall be available to each registered student on the first-class day. Exceptions must be discussed with the Associate Vice President of Dual Credit Programs and the Department Chair.
Books and Supplemental Materials. Selection and adoption of the Program textbooks, syllabi, uniforms, and course outlines, applicable to the courses when taught at Xxxxxx High School will be determined BHC. CFBISD shall have the following responsibilities with respect to books and supplemental materials.
A. CFBISD will order and furnish all textbooks and supplemental materials required for classes under this Agreement. As reasonably practicable, CFBISD shall ensure that Students will be furnished with all textbooks required for the educational services under this Agreement by the 1st class date.
B. CFBISD will provide a venue for Students to purchase uniforms, supplies and supplemental materials.
C. CFBISD will provide funds to cover all examination fees, related to the educational courses under this Agreement. This includes the NREMT exam.
