Court Appearance While on Active Military Duty. An employee who appears in court while on military leave, including routine annual leave of 30 calendar days or less, is not entitled to call back time or overtime for such appearance. Regular salary payment is made only to the extent that the employee is eligible for payment for the first thirty calendar days of active duty.
