Court Duty during Duty Day. If a Full Time Civilian’s court duty precedes or extends beyond their normal tour of duty by more than one half hour, they shall be compensated for all such hours or part thereof exceeding thirty (30) minutes, either preceding or extending beyond their normal tour of duty, as overtime under Article 4.
