Court Liaisons. SBBC and ChildNet agree to each provide a Court Liaison for shelter and dependency hearings. The court liaisons shall coordinate activities to achieve appropriate educational services for children declared dependent and receiving case management services from ChildNet. The SBBC Dependency Court Liaison shall be responsible for communication with the SBBC xxxxxx care designees to share the change in placement as reported at the dependency shelter hearings. The Dependency Court Liaison shall work collaboratively with the SBBC Delinquency Court Liaison to support the needs of cross-over youth.

  • Complaints and Feedback 15.3.1 The primary responsibility for receiving feedback and investigating complaints promptly and thoroughly in respect of the Services will rest with the Provider. The Provider will have procedures in place including but not limited to a complaints framework, which are acceptable to the Department, to gather and act upon feedback and complaints from Learners and/or their representatives and employers and the wider community. The Provider must also keep a log of the complaints received which will be accessible to the Department upon request.

  • Institution and Investigator acknowledge that SPONSOR has no obligation to indemnify or be responsible for any loss, claim, cost (including reasonable attorney fees) or demand if and to the extent such losses, claims or demands arise from any injuries or damages resulting from Institution’s, Investigator’s or the Study Personnel’s negligence, breach of this Agreement, failure to adhere to the Protocol, failure to obtain signed informed consent forms, failure to follow Applicable Law, misuse of the Study Drug, unauthorized warranties, or willful misconduct. Touto povinností odškodnění není dotčeno přednostní pojistné krytí z povinného pojištění klinického hodnocení.

  • Cooperation of the Parties Each Party agrees to cooperate fully in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of any Patent Rights under this Agreement. Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to:

When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Investigatory Leave The Appointing Authority/designee may place an employee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation on an investigatory leave with pay provided a reasonable basis exists to warrant such leave.

  • Paraprofessionals 4.3.1 Paraprofessionals employed by the Charter School shall meet all qualification requirements imposed by applicable federal and State law, rules, and regulations.
