Common use of Courtesy Supervision Clause in Contracts

Courtesy Supervision. Within 30 days of the date that the county of venue learns that the custodial parent (with the child, in community supervision cases) has established a new county of residence, the county of venue shall request the new county of residence to provide courtesy supervision, unless otherwise agreed to by the respective counties. (See Addendum A)

Courtesy Supervision. Within 30 days of the date that the county of venue (sending county) learns that the custodial parent (with the child, in community supervision cases) has established a new county of residenceresidence (receiving county), the sending county of venue shall request the new receiving county of residence to provide courtesy supervision, unless otherwise agreed to by the respective counties. (See Addendum A)) In accordance with the on-going standards the case workers from the sending and receiving counties must schedule a case transition staffing.
