Covenant Against Dumping; Waste Disposal. Lessee shall not cause or permit the dumping or other disposal on, under or about the Premises of landfill, refuse, Hazardous Material or other materials that are unsightly or could pose a hazard to the human health or safety, native vegetation or wildlife, or the environment. Organic wastes from the Premises shall be composted on-site to the extent reasonably possible. Lessee shall use its best efforts to reduce the amount of trash and waste generated from the Premises, to acquire products for use on the Premises which reuse or recycle packaging, and to recycle all materials used on the Premises to the extent reasonably possible.
