Covenant Not to Recruit. EMPLOYEE shall not, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year following termination of this Agreement, directly or indirectly, either on EMPLOYEE's own behalf, or on behalf of any other individual or entity, solicit, interfere with, induce (or attempt to induce) or endeavor to entice away any employee associated with COMPANY to become affiliated with him or any other individual or entity.

Covenant Not to Recruit. Executive recognizes that the Company’s workforce constitutes an important and vital aspect of its business on a world-wide basis. Executive agrees that for a period of one (1) year following the termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, he shall not solicit, or assist anyone else in the solicitation of, any of the Company’s then-current employees to terminate their employment with the Company and to become employed by any business enterprise with which the Executive may then be associated, affiliated or connected.
Covenant Not to Recruit. The Employee hereby acknowledges that the Company's employees, consultants, and other contractors constitute vital and valuable aspects of its business and missions on a world-wide basis. In recognition of that fact, for a period of two (2) years following the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, the Employee shall not solicit, or assist anyone else in the solicitation of, any of the Company's then current employees, consultants, or other contractors to terminate their respective relationships with the Company and to become employees, consultants, or contractors of any enterprise with which the Employee may then be associated, affiliated, or connected.
Covenant Not to Recruit. Executive hereby covenants and agrees that Executive will not at any time prior to the Separation Date, and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, directly or indirectly, whether as an owner, stockholder, director, officer, partner, employee, agent, provider, consultant, independent contractor or otherwise; (i) solicit or recruit, or attempt to solicit or recruit, or assist others in soliciting or recruiting individuals employed by Company as of the date hereof to accept employment elsewhere; provided, however, that this clause shall not prohibit Executive from soliciting or recruiting individuals who, at the time of solicitation or recruiting, no longer work for Company and whose departure from Company was not attributable directly or indirectly to Executive; or (ii) provide employment references with respect to current executives or Executives of Company.
Covenant Not to Recruit. During the Term and any renewal term, and for a period of twelve (12) months after the expiration of the Term and any renewal term or the earlier termination of the Term or any renewal term other than terminations that are not for cause as defined in section 4.2, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, hire, attempt to hire, solicit, recruit, employ or retain the services of any individual, in any capacity, whether as an employee, independent contractor, consultant, agent or other wise, of the Company or any customers or prospective customer of the Company, affiliates of the Company, or any individual providing services to the company, whether as an employee, independent contractor, consultant or agent, as of the date hereof or at any time hereafter, without prior written approval of the Company.

Covenant Not to Recruit. During CEO’s employment with Sound Transit and for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the date on which CEO’s employment ends, regardless of the reason it ends, CEO shall not directly or indirectly, alone or with or through others, solicit, encourage, influence or otherwise cause or attempt to cause any Sound Transit employee to leave or materially modify his or her employment with Sound Transit.
