Covenant Term. Covenant Term" shall mean a period beginning on the Effective Date and ending when Parker is no longer receiving Xxxx Xalary or any other options or benefits under this agreement.
Covenant Term. Employee covenants and agrees that for so long as he is employed by the Company and, unless his employment is terminated by the Company without Cause or is terminated by Employee pursuant to Section 4.3 above, for a period of two (2) years after the date his employment is terminated (the "Covenant Term"), he will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any activity prohibited pursuant to the terms of this Section 6.
Covenant Term. Employee covenants and agrees that for so long as he is employed by the Company hereunder and a period of two (2) years thereafter (provided that if the Employee is eligible to receive compensation and benefits from the Company upon termination of the Employee's employment pursuant to Section 4.1(d) hereof, such post-employment period shall be the shorter in duration of (i) two (2) years after such termination of employment, and (ii) the Good Reason Before Change in Control Severance Period or Good Reason After Change in Control Severance Period, as the case may be) (the "Covenant Term"), he will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any activity prohibited pursuant to the terms of this Section 6.
Covenant Term. The Term of this Covenant ("Covenant Term") is defined to be the period commencing on the effective date of this Agreement, and ending upon the last payment made to Employee pursuant of Section 6 or 7.
Covenant Term. The “Covenant Term” shall commence on the effective date and continue until three (3) years following the date of termination of this Agreement, with or without cause.
Covenant Term. The Development, including all Housing Units, shall be operated, sold, or leased in accordance with the terms of this Covenant for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the tax abatement for the Real Property expires as noted on the Tax Abatement Certification, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of this Covenant and the HID Laws (the “Covenant Term”).
